What a great post! I love how you highlight the benefits of embracing the Socratic method and crafting a personal purpose statement. My question is, how often do you recommend reviewing and revising your personal purpose statement to ensure it aligns with your current values and aspirations?

Hi Mr W,
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m thrilled that you found value in the post.
As for your question, I recommend reviewing your personal purpose statement at least once every 3 to 6 months. This allows you to ensure that it remains relevant and aligned with your current values and aspirations. However, don’t hesitate to review and revise it more frequently if you experience significant life changes or feel a strong internal shift in your values. Additionally, I suggest revisiting your purpose statement whenever you feel a heavy resistance to do the things that will get you closer to achieving your goal. This resistance may be a sign that something is not aligning with your goals or that your goals might need to change to better suit your current mindset and priorities.
Remember, your personal purpose statement is meant to be a dynamic and evolving tool to guide your actions and decisions.
Keep pursuing your goals and stay true to your values!
